Overall duties as Property Manager:
Inspection:
As part of the management service for home with fully furnish we carry out weekly security checks.
During these visits we will check the security of windows and doors/breakin, general maintenance, watering of plants, water tank levels, checking for pests, emptying the mail box, we will advise you of any concerns we may have.
In addition we will carry out extra visits following bad storms or excessive rain.
Maintenance:
We will advise you of any work that may need attention in your home in the near future,
allowing us with your permission to carry out any repairs before they become problems.
Reporting:
We will advise you by email following all visits to your property and will send you photographs of any damage may have occurred.
